He was an Adventist and a wagon maker in 1861 Elma Township, Perth County, Ontario, Canada West. A husband and father. My Great Great Grandfather. I imagine him hard working and faithful, taking his family to church. Fixing wagons and buggies, raising children. I imagine him friendly and likeable. And of my Great Great Grandmother, nothing but a name.
